Buddhism teaches that if something brings a good result, then we should use it. For lots of people, there’s a big gap between what they know and what they do. Some people are highly educated and know a lot about Buddhism, but don’t put it into practice; despite their erudition, they fail to see that the Buddha-dharma is all about spiritual practice and self-transformation. Actually, I used to be like this. So when we encounter difficulties, adopting the perspective of karma is a good way to reduce our anxiety.
